Collecting your personal information
We collect personal information of applicants to our site K&D International. We collect this information when it is necessary for admission into universities and colleges.
Most often, we collect personal information about our clients. Typically, we would ask for your: name, address, telephone number(s), email address(es), payment card information and date of birth and supporting documentations.

If you choose not to provide us with certain personal information, we may not be able to meet your expectations or meet your interests. For example, we can’t apply for you or send you information about your application to university if we don’t have your name and details.
We don’t collect, keep or store your payment card information in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, and we use two of the most secured sites in the world which manages such transactions and we comply with their policies.

You can elect not to receive further information from us by contacting us. Please allow 28 days for your request to be processed.

We will take all reasonable steps to keep information we hold about you secure (whether electronic or in hard copy) and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Our employees and service providers are also required to keep personal and payment card information confidential and secure.

Refund policy
Any request for refund of fees already paid to K&D International by a client will be considered and determined on a case by case basis.
