Is the admissions service free, and who pays the agent?

KD International says its admissions service is free for students enrolling in scholarship-program specialisations at universities approved by the Ministry of Education KD International. When do you need an agent, and when is applying direct enough?

You can apply to any Australian university directly through its website; the university assesses your application and sends a letter of offer and an acceptance form, and the Australian Government makes clear that using an education agent is an option, not a requirement Study Australia. So when is an agent worth your time?

Cases where an agent helps

• When you are targeting a scholarship track with fixed lists of universities and specialisations, and you need someone to match what you want with what the Ministry accepts.
• When you need an offer letter in a specific form: the specialisation stated clearly, the course start date, the university name and no outstanding conditions, which is exactly what the Saudi Ministry of Education asks for in the Excellence track, for example Saudi Ministry of Education.
• When you are applying to several universities at once, each with its own form, deadlines and documents.
• When you need certified translation, attestation or accommodation in a city you do not know.

Cases where you do not need an intermediary

• If you already hold a final offer and only want to apply for the scholarship; applications on Ministry platforms are made from your own account, and an agent does not lodge them for you.

Education agent, migration agent or Cultural Mission: what is the difference?

If any agent offers to "finalise" or "guarantee" your visa, that is outside what the Australian system allows for anyone not registered as a migration agent.

What should you prepare before contacting the agent?

The more complete your file, the faster the university responds. Prepare the following:

1. A valid passport; it is the first document both the university and the Ministry ask for Saudi Ministry of Education.
2. Your latest qualification certificate and academic transcript in Arabic and English; if the qualification is from outside Saudi Arabia you will need its equivalence.
3. An English test result if you have one; if not, ask about English programs and academic pathways that precede direct admission.
4. Your track: a government scholarship, an employer-sponsored scholarship or self-funded study, because lists and conditions differ by track.
5. An approximate budget and preferred start date; Australian universities admit for more than one intake a year, and the start date appears both in the offer letter and in the scholarship decision.

Accepted English tests
